Sorry but we have to request all this stuff. The Digital Millennium Copyright Law make it so.  We need to protect ourselves from theft and illegal use of copyrighted images.

We would be happy to post your image, logo or clipart with your classified ad.  We may use a non-copyrighted clipart image (if we have time to find one) if you do not send us your own.  We do not do animated images without charge

Site users and internet search engines may use and copy the image for their use or search listings.  We do not and cannot control these copies and listings. (Wonder what this is all about?  Go to Google or Yahoo or MSN, click on the image tab or link and search for "Augusta Wisconsin", for example.)

Additional Terms and Restrictions:

Here are the terms:

1.  The image may not be a photo of you or someone else because it is impossible to confirm.

2.  Posting of the requested image will not be considered if you do not include a legitimate full address in your listing.

3.  The image must not be copyrighted or if it is, the copyright must be owned exclusively by you.

4.  The request to post the image must adhere to the following rules

Here is how to get YOUR image, logo or clipart placed on the site:

1. Register first, then send the image by email to info at EauClaireWi.Biz

2. You must state in the email (copy and paste the following statements to your email that sends the images):

 "I agree to hold harmless the owners, managers and staff for use of the attached image, logo or clipart with my internet business directory listings.  The image is not copyrighted or the copyright is owned exclusively by me."

"I grant the owners of the EauClaireWi.Biz and associated linked business directory(s) the non-exclusive right to use the image without restriction or charge as long as the image and / or directory listing is posted on the site(s)"

"I understand that search engines or site visitors have the ability to search and or copy the images for their own sites and purposes.  I understand these copies are not owned or controlled by the owners, managers or employees of the business directory(s)"  Furthermore, I hold EauClaireWi.Biz harmless for this use of the images"

Please give the your name and the name of your business with its full address and phone number as signature.  Your name will not be posted to the site unless you use it in the registration form.  Your information and signature will not be shared with anyone unless dictated by court order or law
